Zoom: Outlook Calendar Integration Introduction Zoom meetings that are on your Outlook calendar can be reflected in the Zoom Desktop Application in the Meetings section. To take advantage of this feature, you must first connect your Quinnipiac Office 365 account as a calendar service to your Zoom account. Follow the steps below to add Office 365 as a calendar service. Go to the Quinnipiac Zoom web portal (https://quinnipiac.zoom.us) and click Sign in. You may be directed to the Quinnipiac Single Sign-On (SSO) page where you will need to login with your standard Quinnipiac username and password. Click Profile in the left-hand navigation bar, and then scroll to the very bottom of the page. Under the Others section, find the Calendar and Contacts Integration sub-section and click the Configure Calendar and Contacts Service button. In the resulting popup window, select Office 365 and then click Next. In the Office 365 Calendar Service, ensure that Authorize with OAuth 2.0 is checked. The Read permissions for both Calendar and Contacts are checked by default and will allow you to view all your calendar events and contacts within the Zoom Desktop application. If you select the Write options for either of these, you will also be able to edit and delete calendar events and/or create contacts using your call history from with the Zoom Desktop application. Select your Quinnipiac Office 365 account if prompted. You may be required to enter your Quinnipiac email address and then sign in to identify your account. Accept the permission request from Zoom, if prompted. Go back to the Calendar and Contact Integration sub-section (Step 3) and look for your account to be listed with the format <username>@quinnipiac.edu.
